Rationale
Towards the end of my time student teaching I gave a lesson on the Bill of Rights. I have included the Formative Observation score I had for this lesson, as well as my own reflection on the lesson. After each observation my Observer and would reflect on my growth as an educator, and assess my goals. My Observers feed back played a key role in evaluating my progress. I've also included a reflection that I wrote after teaching this lesson. I discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the lesson, specifically what I would like to change for the future. My own reflections, as well as observations played an important part in my growth as a teacher.
